Are you struggling to fit into the world of long-term relationships? Are you worried about how it can be sustained? You won't be the first person to feel this way. I felt the same way two months after the wedding day! Two months! That was over 40 years ago.
You went into the relationship because you wanted to be happy and fulfill a deep yearning inside you. We all did. But some times, this is not fully realised before it is cut short by separation and divorce. But I believe, it is sustainable with the right awareness and support.
This is why i created the Couples Happiness and Sustainability Programme - CHASP.
The programme can be accessed by one or both couple at any point in time. It is designed to help you learn ways to sustain your happiness and satisfaction in the marriage or long-term relationship. I have done 44 years of experience in this way. Would you like to know how I did it? You cannot pour out from an empty bucket. In the same way, you cannot give what you don't have. I will show you how and teach you skills that you can apply today in your relationship to ensure more happiness.

Are you struggling to set and achieve your goals for this relationship? My goal-setting coaching services can help you identify your personal goals, create a plan to achieve them, and stay motivated along the way. This will enable you to re-embed yourself in the relationship in a more beneficial way.
Sometimes, we are not fully prepared for the relationships we go into, so you are not alone. If divorce is not on the cards, then goal setting is an essential activity that will also need a plan to carry through it. Here is an outline.
