This workshop has been designed to help you to enhance your health and your relationships through the art and science of Forgiveness. Whether it is a relationship between you and your spouse or partner; you and your parent, siblings or friends and workmates, one issue that is difficult for all of us is Forgiveness.
We struggle because,
- first, we think we are letting them off instead of punishing them or taking revenge;
- second, we think that we would be saying that what they did was ok, and we don't think so;
- thirdly, you are not ready yet to let go.
However, science shows that we forgive for our own sakes, that we can even live longer and happier, peaceful lives in the process.
It means we should all learn about how to forgive.
Carrying grudges and other pains have been found by leading researchers and scientists to lead to:
- cardio-vascular disease;
- poor mental health;
- physical and other psychosomatic health problems, and
- happiness and joy, etc.
In short, it is not good for your health and relationships.
Learn tools and strategies to free yourself from this bondage.
Why would you want to strap a corpse around you day and night, day after day for the rest of your life? You actually feel better after you have forgiven someone. I say, its a bit like coming out of the toilet relieved!
